Sheroo and her staff of cleaners are efficient and always prompt. They take their time to make sure the cleaning is done properly.
If I ever have any concerns, Sheroo makes sure it is re-done quickly.
The cleaners are also pet friendly.

Had them in for a deep clean after a lengthy reno. After 5 hours in the home they missed cleaning pendant lighting, chandeliers, stove top, granite not cleaned well, and floors still dirty in spots and missed many more areas.

Sent in an email to voice my concerns and didn't receive a call back.

Lousy deep clean, poor customer service.

I was sick in the hospital and was coming home. My daughter arranged for Merry Maids to clean the house. She was told that it would be a thorough cleaning top to bottom. The would even come in with a steam cleaner and do all baser boards and door frames. The were to do the kitchen and all bathrooms. Some one was home at the time. The girls were at the house for just under 2 hours. There were cob webs left in corners, the fridge was left with a broken drawer and there was a dent on a piece of framed artwork. They claimed they did a walk through after, which was never done, and no steam cleaner was ever present. They charged our credit card even after we complained. Now they are only offering a 1 hour re-clean service or $50.00 refund. We would not use them again.

I live in Ottawa.First time before they came I cleaned up all the houseorganized everything so it will be ready for cleaning ,my house is small and organized. When they started cleaning they started to dust the corner of the rooms and all the dust dropped to the beds and our personal belongings !!!!! Then they started to spray their chemical in bath rooms and wipe, they did the same thing in the kitchen spray and wipe the last thing they did clean the floor then they done. I went upstairs and checked the bath room there were still a lot of dirt especially around the edges. What ever I ask the say we don't no bedding no laundry no replacing garbage bags no dishwasher lauded no..... just spray and wipe then you have to pay us a lot of money. Second time they came they did the same thing then they went and claimed said that I asked them to pickup the toys from the floor when everything was completely organized. Iam really disappointed. This is really big westing of money and time and dealing with such horrible people!!!!!!!!

I called for a one time cleaning of my house, and the ladies cleaned in one and half hours the service was HORRIBLE. My kitchen was exactly the same way from when they first got there. The floors where still dirty. They couldn't even wipe my fridge properly. They left garbage everywhere. The supervisor came to inspect and I let her know I was not happy with the cleaning she assured me everything would be inspected to meet my request but when I got home it was still the same mess! Horrible service I would never recommend these people.

I have a small-ish 4 bedroom house (ie 2100 sq feet, it has an unfinished basement not considered.) I called Merry Maids for a price quote and they came to look over the house. They were unimpressed with my housecleaning efforts thus far (ie they would run fingers over top of picture frames hanging on walls.) They quoted me $100 per week for a cleaning, which doesnt include windows or laundry or any steamcleaning/ special treatment. That price was pretty high considering my last cleaners charged $75. Anyway I agreed and we set a time for their first cleaning. They told me to get things off the floor in prep for their visit (to assist them w vacuuming) and off all counters (to assist w kitchens/ bathrooms/ etc.) I complied, and made arrangements to have my two toddlers out of the way for their visit. They never showed up and never returned any of my calls. NOT impressed. I ended up finding a new INCREDIBLE cleaner who were AMAZING and, again, only $75 per week.
