Very professional and thorough. Tom went over what was required (including replacement of skylights and updating roof vents) and the various roofing/insulation options available; he was always responsive to questions and concerns. A fairly large (multi-day) job was completed efficiently with great results. Problems that cropped up as the original flat roof was removed were promptly and successfully dealt with; other incidental work went far beyond what was expected.
Tom and his crew worked exceedingly hard throughout during difficult conditions (cold and windy) and the final clean-up was very thorough.
Highly recommended.
