Rick gave me an itemized quote breaking down the scope of work and timelines. His team was very professional, blocked off my main floor to limit dust. Rick even helped me move one of the floor registers to a better location. We have to replace the wood on the main floor of our house, so we'll be calling back Rick and his team to do the work.
The one thing I can say with Rick is that he has integrity. You always run into hidden surprises in these old East York Semi's and Rick pushed through the surprises without charging extra.
