Worst decision to buy a house from them

I am the homeowner of a townhouse at wateridge village, and moved in Feb 2020.

On March 25, 2020, I submitted my 30-day form. According to the latest letter I received from Tarion, the Builder repair period for warranted items for my 30-day Form ends on Mar 22, 2021. However, by today, July 26, 2021, after the repair period has passed 4 months and 4 days, and after one year and 4 months living here, there are still 37 unsolved items on the 30-day Form.

On Feb 25, 2021, Mattamy’s warranty manager XXX visited my home to review consolidation items. He took photos of all warranty items and told me he or Emily will send a plan for the repair work either the same day or the second day. However, it did not happen although I followed up on Feb 26. On Mar 1, I received an email replying “I am reviewing XXX report and will be in touch with a plan to schedule the remaining work.” however I got nothing as Apr 5. After waiting for more than a month, I emailed and willing to schedule a virtual meeting to discuss the repair plan. On Apr 8, YYY replied “I apologize for my delayed response it looks like my email to you has been stuck in my outbox! My coworker, ZZZZ has taken over your conciliation file and will be in touch to schedule in next steps if she hasn't already ”.

On Apr 9, 2021, I had a virtual meeting with coordinator ZZZ. During the meeting, ZZZ explained she has reviewed all items and she said most of the items will be fixed within a month and only the stair repairing may only start from the end of May. On Apr 13, ZZZ sent work orders to the external trades for most items. On Apr 20, Mattamy’s technician HHH visited my home to assess a few items. He fixed a few items and he mentioned he can repair a few more items next time when he gets the parts he needs. However, after that day, no trade or Mattamy’s technician visited my home. On May 4, I got the impression most of the items on my 30-Day Form would be fixed by this day, however, it did not happen and still more than 40 outstanding items. I followed up in an email asking if Mattamy’s technician HHH can come back to fix a few more items and ask about the schedule of trades. Unfortunately, no one replies to the email. I followed up again on May 11 and called a few times in May. No answer after transfer to my coordinator and no one called my phone back. In June, after received an email from another coordinator to schedule a trade appointment with me, I figured out Jessica no longer works for Mattamy Homes. YYYY is overseeing your file now. I was disappointed for no one just notify me when my coordinator changed, and I have to figure it out by myself.

In June and July, I have called Mattamy’s warranty office multiple times on different days trying to reach my coordinator and the manager. Before phone transferring, the person always took my name and number. Unfortunately, after phone transferring, I always end up with voicemail and I never received a phone calling back to me. After trying times and feeling very frustrated.
