Bracebridge
Mattamy Homes in Bracebridge is the worst builder I have ever encountered. From the time we entered the home there have been multiple problems. The screens are missing, the roof leaks, the pressure pump leaked, the jack post in the basement was unattached to the joists +++ I have owned at least 7 other new built homes in my life and have never seen these types of issues.
