stump grinding

Sandy's tree removal and stump grinding services were extremely professional and thorough. No sign of any stump or roots and a completely cleaned up worksite afterwards. And extremely competitively priced.

Removal of 3 85 foot Pine Trees from back of yard.

Magnolia came in at the end of June and removed 3 85 foot pine trees from the back of our property. Not only did they remove all the trees, but they also cleaned up thousands of pine cones. The job was complete with in the week which is what he had promised. Would use them again! Very Happy!

landscaping

Magnolia is not a company I would tell people about. I was very disappointed that the company delayed the remainder of the yard work for 47 days. All that was needed was to plant the boxwood we wanted in our yard. The owners of Magnolia told us that their truck had broken down and that if we could wait 10 days and they will finish the job, We gave them14 days, understanding the circumstances. we called Magnolia and still their truck had broken down..(you would think they would have more than the 1 truck) he told us to give him 5 days...we waited for the 5 days and again we had to call him to see when he will be finishing our landscaping....(keep in mind we had paid 50% of the job so far) he told us yet again that he is looking for a engine to put in his truck...and that he will be there on Thursday....he didn't show up,,,then, again we had to call ( keep in mind he is not calling us at all this whole time) he agreed on the following Monday...didn't show up. At this point I had to make a decision that the job wasn't getting done and I needed to look else where for better service. very, very disappointed.....then he recently phoned and left a message on my home phone to let me know of the remaining cost we needed to pay off, leaving us a quote stating the wrong amount...I had to call back to clear that up....completely unprofessional...would not recommend.

Huge Elm Tree Removal

This was a joint service with my neighbours. The magnitude of the job was daunting, and other quotes were prohibitive. Yet this giant Poplar Tree, with massive roots were causing major problems with the roots lifting mine and my neighbour's foundation, as well as the constant onslaught of roof debris, interfering with gutters.
Magnolia Tree Service came as promised, and very professionally took down this 100 plus, multi-trunk (about 15 feet circumference) tree. This services (quote) included removal and clean-up of all materials. My property is a rental, and I had a small issue with one of my tenants, and Magnolia was on it asap. They take great pride in the job the do and no issue is too minor to make a priority on their list.
Even their quote was well below their competition, their execution and clean-up was above expectations.
My husband (an entrepreneur as well) is very critical of the work ethics of other companies, and he was very impressed of their overall conduct of this job.
Well worth giving them a chance.

Tree Cutting and Pruning

Used this company for a third time to cut and prune some trees. Representative came to provide quote for the cutting of some poplar, hemlock and cherry tree and the pruning of others. Quote was favorable so work was started in a couple of days. Trees were cut and shredded with machine parked on the street. Thicker trunks and pieces were picked up by another company the following day. The window of our shed was accidentally shattered and was informed by company owner and he made arrangements to have it replaced and installed.

Great job and will definitely use again for tree service.
