I contacted Lodder Bros, as I had water in my basement. I was told that I probably needed a pressure tank. When the plumber arrived, I was told that the problem resulted from a pressure gage and not the tank itself. It took the plumber all of 10 minutes to change the gage. The bill came to $270.00. After the plumber left, I noticed that there was no water pressure. I called back to report the problem and was told that the pressure was fine when the plumber had tested it prior to leaving. I then called Dan Bernard, the manager and left a message for him to call me back. He never did. As it turns out, I did need a pressure tank, I purchased it and had my son install it for me. The water pressure was fine after that. Next time I will call another company for service.

We have been in business serving the area for over 38 years we pride ourselves in standing behind our work. This whole event took place from Friday to Monday. We were not given the opportunity to come and install a new pressure tank if required or address any leak and the owner had it done over the weekend. If we had been given the opportunity and a pressure tank was required we would have credited back the initial call.
