Loc Tite Interlocking

Really happy with the workmanship great quality highly recommend this company. They have done work for me and two other properties over the years they've never let me down. Thank you, Cant say how much thankful I am with these guys!

UPDATE - although the work was 3 months behind schedule, I'm happy with the work that was done. Ray and the rest of the guys worked their butt off and worked with us with design/placement and etc. I would suggest ensuring that all measurements are outlined clearly on your quote as this was a bone of contention for us in some regards. Notwithstanding, the work looks great and in the end is what we wanted.

I hired this company in late-May 2015 to do some small interlocking work, a retaining wall and 3 flower beds. I was told the job would be done in 4-6 weeks. I started calling early July figuring they were a week or so out from starting. From that time on I'm constantly told "2 more weeks"....."2 more weeks". The first week of August, at 1130pm, they dropped off the dumpster outside my house, my neighbours loved that. But I was thinking "great, they're starting". The bin sat there for 3 days with no work done and no phone calls. I called them finally to find out what the deal was, left a message and no call back. Without notice, that day, while I was at work, they showed up and dug up where the patio and 3 flower beds would be. Problem - one bed was half the size of what it was supposed to be and the other was about 10ft from where it was supposed to be. Under the cover of night again the dumpster was taken away that night. No one called to say they were coming, no one talked to us - one would think you would walk thru and flag or spray paint the lawn with the customer BEFORE you dig it up.....not in our case. I have been chasing them for going on 4 weeks now to a) redo the flower beds to the right size and location and b) do the balance of work that I contracted them for back in May. Messages are not returned, EVER. If you do manage to get ahold of anyone it's always "I haven't heard back from Greg, let me check".......and then nothing. I'm not sure who the magical Greg is but I do hope to meet him one day......maybe when the work is corrected/completed.

I hired Loctite interlocking to do my front walkway and steps they did a wonderful job very clean the only issue I have is I waited longer then It was agreed on. They were 34 days late doing the job for that reason I am getting a 8 star rating rather than a 10.

Extremely bad service, will not recommend anybody. Forti (who poses to be a salesman for the company) took my deposit of $180 on April 23. I have approached the company many times since then and they have never called back or returned replies to my email with the status of my job. I have been following up for the past 1 month every day on when the interlocking job will start nobody is replying. Finally i asked them for the refund of my deposit which till todate they have not replied.
Just a caution to anybody paying deposit to this company not to do so until you see the job finished.

Finally Gregg came over to refund $180 deposit and took the original contract back from us.

very very poor quality and nothing close to what the salesman (Jesse) promised! make sure to mention EVERY SINGLE DETAIL with them in contract as they are going to steel from the quality of the base and interlocks will go uneven in less than a month!!
