Interlock Driveway Extension

I signed with Dave in May, paid my deposit, and given the reviews here, I made sure that he put "Installed within 30 days" on the contract. The work wasn't installed within 30 days, but I was sent a text message indicating they were two weeks behind. I appreciated the notice. Getting in touch with Dave was difficult and I did often get obscure answers when I asked about start dates, however, I did manage to get in touch with Lily, who I assume was the office manager. She was nice, and as soon as I reached out to her about my concerns a crew was there to dig up the area and lay down a base within days. Bricks were delivered about a week and a half after they dug, and the job should be done today (less than 2 months after signing). I must say that I was impressed with the work when I saw it. The crew seems to know what they are doing. I will post pictures of the finished product. My advice is this: They gave a very competitive price, but maybe they have taken on too many jobs at once. Get in touch with the right people to get your job done in a timely fashion. My job was finished and the young guys who did the laying of the bricks did a good job. There are a few flaws but overall I am happy with the final product. Communication with clients is important!
