Samsung Washer

i buy Samsung Washer (5.2) WF45H6100AP/A2 at DORVAL, QC on dec 08 delivered on the dec 11 plug it into electricity start with error call leon's to inform them you have sold me defective washer and i ask for Exchange or even buy different model and pay the difference the only solution they offer is to call samsung and please don't call us.
now i'm stuck with $1700 washer defective.
i see no hope will they ever change so my word of advice save your money and time and steer away from leon's

Product

Leon's does not stand behind there leather products. After 2 months and the leather starting to peel on our love seat (Sorrento collection) Leon's refused to replace it. The insurance we bought wouldn't cover it as it wasn't actual damage it was a faulty product. Don't waster your money at Leon's.

"Bonded-Leather" Sectional

In May 2012, my husband and I were looking for a sectional for our new home. It was an odd shaped living room, and couldn't find any other companies that carried a left sided sectional that was in our price range. We decided to check out Leon's (Whitby location), and found a floor model that was perfect for us.

The saleswoman told us it was second-grade leather, and just put out on the floor a week prior, and it had a large discount. Even though I had heard not-so-great things about Leon's, we bought it anyway.

We had it delivered, and upon arrival it had 3 scuff marks on the ottoman. I called Leon's back but they told me that I could only dispute the condition of the sectional WHILE the deliveryman were still there. I was S.O.L. apparently. I decided to not pursue it further because it wasn't very noticeable.

About a year later, I noticed some cracking in the leather. It started out small, but then it seemed to spread on one of the cushions. I called Leon's and they gave me the run around (of course), and then I ended up speaking to their company contracted material specialist (uh? Really Leons? Why is it that you need this service?) and he gave me the low down on their furniture. He told me that I had a Bonded Leather sectional, the very cheapest quality of leather, and that my couch was basically a lost cause. There wasn't any way to fix the leather. I was pissed! He told me to write a letter to the owner of the Whitby Leon's location to get some resolution- which is what I did.

A few days later, I had a customer service rep contact me and I submitted what was happening on the cushion and she offered us $300 off the cost of the couch. Since we were paying it off in installments, and it would be soon paid off, we took the deal.

It's been another year since then, and now the entire sectional is covered in leather cracks! Everywhere! Add to that the springs in the lounger is completely gone, and now it sags. It actually isn't fit for people to sit on in that spot. If we had known the entire thing was going to be ruined, we would have never taken only $300 off. We've had this sectional only 2 and a half years and it is garbage! It's completely embarrassing when company comes over- and I will most likely throw it out next year to purchase new living room furniture.

I am extremely angry that I had a sales representative mislead us about the quality of the leather, said they we had a 5 year "material" warrantee, and that we paid $1850 for a sectional that only lasted 2 years. I never heard of their awful reputation until I researched them on the internet. They cater to people by selling over-priced, low quality items with the allure of payment plans. Don't fall for this! In the end, we are out almost $1500 and will have to re-invest in new furniture that will cost us thousands more. Lesson learned!

Leon's Furniture

HORRIBLE SERVICE! i ordered a sectional 3weeks ago and they have to return it for the 4th time because first it was a broken one, then they sent the wrong one missing legs and cussions, now the new one didnt clear custums (which apparently every one they gave me also didn't clear custums). bad delivery/rude who don't even put the sofa together.

Dinning Room Set

Highly dissatisfied with the product and Customer Service thereafter! Stay away from Leon's.
I bought dinning room set which had manufacturing defect. Now no return no repair. Asked$250 to repair. Rude CS Manager.

Sofa purchase

I read many horrible reviews and was nervous about my purchase. I bought a leather sofa last week. The sales person at Burlington could not have been more helpful (and not at all pushy). We picked up the sofa in Mississauga (Brittania) and both the desk clerk and warehouse staff could not have been more helpful and polite. Very pleased so far with every Leons person encountered and the product purchased.

Coffee table

Horrible customer service ! Starting from the deliver of our products ( which I can't even get into because it would take pages to explain all the things that went wrong ) to two of the wheels breaking off our table. We called to get a replacement. We have been waiting almost 3 months now when it was suppose to take a few weeks for the wheels ! It's extremely frustrating dealing with a company that does not return phone calls when you ask to speak to a manger. Or that tells you, your stuff will be there in a few weeks and that they'll call you when it comes in but again no call. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company and have to deal with this ridiculous customer service.

Kids Bedroom set

When you are going to Leons you know you are not getting Roche Bobois quality furniture but what made it exceptional was the customer service. We had the matress support missing from our daughters bed (which apparently had to be bought seperately but we didnt know) and Leons made sure the it was taken care of within 24hrs, and free of cost because we were not aware of it in advance. We really appreciate it! Thanks alot!!!

5 Drawer chest

We purchased a 5 drawer chest for our bedroom however the drawers did not line up properly so Leon's in Ottawa sent a repair man to try to fix them. He did his best but still they did not line up so we asked for a replacement or refund. Leon's said they could not replace or refund and offered a $100.00 refund only. Will never shop at Leon's again.

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Colleen Adams, I recently purchased to above items which were delivered on March the 9th. I have had nothing but problems with these units especially the washer, it constantly goes off balance and you have to pull out the load and rearrange it. Its wonderful to have sopping wet laundrry all over the floor because you cannot put the load entirely back in. As well the locking door is a pain because you must wait for the door to open to even fix it, as well the dryer keeps sensing the loads are dry but they are not the are still damp, now I know your thinking my loads are too big NO this is notthe case this has happened with any type of loads within the 7 days I had these units at least 6 times....ridiculous. My husband called the Burlington store and spoke to a few women and then the manager Gary we were pretty much told too bad apparently you have A NO RETURN POLICY...again ridiculous after only 7 days. We had the whirlpool repair man come yesterday he said he can find nothing wrong with the unit says this happens with this type of washer?? but yet this machine is suppose to have sensors to adjust the load apparently they dont work and yet when I did a load again last night it happened again, the machine has been levelled again we checked there are no shipping pins in it. My feeling is this we asked to have these units taken back and offered to pay the difference for a different type we were told NO!! and treated quite rudely in fact. I talked to your online people and said no where on your website does it say you have a no return policy she said you have to look in the frequently asked questions...WOW not very visible kind of shady in fact. Obviously not true, since I am not getting anywhere and you took my money but now don't wish to deal with me I will spread the word to every single person I know DO NOT SHOP AT LEONS!! as well I will go on every single media site and blog and tell my story as I do not feel I have been treated fairly. You took my money and then pretty much told us too bad. I will not deal with the store any longer they are rude and do not wish to rectify anything

Very unsatisfied, in fact feel ripped off should have gone to Sears
