We bought our first house which had a large lawn that was in quite bad shape, so we paid for the best package we could get.
After a year of treatment by lawn savers, the lawn looked great. Green and healthy. Honestly it was like brand new.
That said, we had installed a sprinkler system too which ensured we were watering appropriately and we mowed to their specifications weekly or every other week.
When we first started I was a little upset at the lack of communication from them as I had never used a lawn care company before but when the time came for the treatment to start, thats when they reach out and say theyre coming the next day or whatever. I kind of wish this had been explained more clearly but in terms of the lawn it was a full 180. Really good.

Thank you for your great rating and also for your useful feedback. When you sign up during the winter months, we as a company can make assumptions that you know we will be there in the spring once the weather warms up the soil enough. But I understand, you may not know we have been trusted for over 33 years in business and all the other great things about our business and team. And that the timeline and contract details can easily be forgotten or buried in an onslaught of emails.
We will take a look at what we can do to improve the frequency of off-season communications for our clients so thank you for that advice!
I'm thrilled your lawn was rehabilitated in only one season, normally it takes more than one. We appreciate your partnership in making that happen- your weekly mowing and proper watering is essential for any lawn care program to be effective.
