We have experienced many problems similar to other Posts as well. I am a very patient person, however I believe that they honestly do not care about your home purchase after the fact. We have a cracked foundation that has not been fixed despite making 2 different appointments to have it completed. Contractors do not show up! No one calls! 14 weeks and still missing kitchen cabinets, drawers and hardware. Service is brutal! We waited 20 years to finally be able to build a nice home and we are very frustrated with the process. I do not recommend this builder at all.

This company has no interest in you. Emails are ignored. Phone calls not returned. Issues with Hampton kitchens are treated as if not their problem. Sales and decor staff great--customer service-polite when you reach them--just ignore your issues though.

Our experience was beyond disappointment. From no cupboards or counters to busted floor tiles to unfinished stair stain. Not to mention putting up our 'freehold' fence 6 ft inside the property line. The list of deficiencies was 2ft in length. Cracked granite counter tops. They should have the trades do the work right the first time and on time. Our first LM home was Dad's business and had 0 problems. Second Landmart home(and last) was move from HELL.

They are an expensive outpriced home and the quality is very poor - both the products and workmanship. We've been in the home over a year and are not happy. Follow up was terrible - we waited so long to get things done. People dont return calls.

Our experience with Landmart as a builder was not at all what we hoped for. They have great house designs but the material and workmanship is not quality. If they can skimp to save, they will. Also, as a company there is not alot of integrity. We have a nice house design but many of the finishes from paint, and flooring we have do all over ourselves.

Landmart Homes has built us our dream home and we just love it. We are in Ancaster and love the neighborhood and the area overall. The inside and outside of our new home is beautiful as are most of our new neighbors. I see some negative reviews regarding after sales service at Landmart Homes but I can honestly say they seemed to be very service oriented. We also talked to some of neighbors about their homes and nobody mentioned any major issues with service...maybe things are changing or the odd house had more issues then normal.

this is an update to my last post. I tried to talk to the owner Mario and Jason R. They want nothing to do with us, THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!....i will now have to wait until our one year list, according to Tarion. We just want our service finished! What a frustrating experience, i should have listemed to our neighbours, they warned us....

We just love our new Landmart Homes house which has been built in the Valley Heights community in Dundas. The home and the area are beautiful backing on to a conservation area is amazing (its like our own backyard). Thanks go out to the Sales Staff (especially Donna) and to Landmart Homes for making our new home great.
