This company has no interest in you. Emails are ignored. Phone calls not returned. Issues with Hampton kitchens are treated as if not their problem. Sales and decor staff great--customer service-polite when you reach them--just ignore your issues though.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Communicate in a timely manner and if they will not fix things then tell you to your face rather than agreeing an issue then ignoring you.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Buy a home that is already built. They can do good work but once they have your money they will not fix anything even if it is reported upon closing and noted by them. Probably should get a letter from their lawyer agreeing to fix the problems--the building associations group "tarion" not likely to help much.
