Duct Cleaning review in

Ryan from Laird & Sons recently cleaned the ducts at our home. Ryan was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Initially the job was moving quickly throughout the top floors, however required extra time to ensure the our 'interesting' duct structure would be cleaned appropriately. Ryan explained what needed to be done and why, (and showed how previous duct cleaners didn't do the extra work) - required extra hookups for the vacuum to multiple supply lines.
Anyways, Ryan could have done the job quickly and moved on - and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead, he did the job correctly and thoroughly.
