Apparently I have a very unusual furnace. We called a repair person from the place we originally purchased the furnace and was informed basically that we need a new one. It is only 15 years old so found it surprising.
Not satisfied with that response, I called Laird and Sons. Noah invested significant time to work out what the issue was and, while not a cheap repair, it was a fraction of the cost of replacing my furnace.
Professional, always on time and really seem to care about solving the problem. I am a big fan.
I already have and will continue to recommend them.
