To facilitate exterior foundation repairs, it was necessary to disconnect the air conditioning unit beside my house, and then reconnect it following the foundation work (it was also necessary to install an exterior shut-off switch to meet newer code requirements). I called a number of companies to obtain price quotes and information about the work to be done. I was impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff at Laird & Son. They were happy to answer all of my questions before the work commenced. The technician who performed the work was experienced and pleasant (always a plus).
