We have purchased a number of Hunter Douglas blinds in the past and have never had a problem with either the blinds themselves or this retailer. In fact, we recently suffered a small kitchen fire that spread to one of the blinds. Amazingly, the fire actually extinguished itself, clearly a property of the blind that I hadn’t appreciated before.
As to the retailer, we have shopped around a number of times but have always returned to Kingsway because of their price and service.
