We had received 4 quotes for our roofing job and although Juffs was not the cheapest it was close to 2 others so we knew they were quoting accurately for what they were proposing. What I found most impressive about this company was that they were true to their word. If they said they were going to show up at a certain time...they did. If they were going to be late...they called to let me know. I have dealt with so many service people that show up 3o mins late and don't apologize. My time is worth something too! I found the company ran like a well oiled machine. Every step of the process was handled professionally.
Met with Steve to go over all the details of the quote. My husband and I are no experts when it comes to roofing but Steve was able to explain in laymans terms exactly what the job required. We had some options as to whether or not we wanted to go with a more expensive alternative but there was no pressure to do so . Bob, Shane and the rest of the 6 man crew arrived on time, worked diligently for 2 1/2 days and cleaned up very well. The job looks great and I feel secure with our decision to hire this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
