Mike and Dave for the second time installed a new furnace and hot water tank, was very satisfied on both occasions, Mike gave an accurate estimate, both arrived on time and did a terrific professional job. Like dealing with a family business like this and they truly delivered on both occasions. Highly recommended.

I called them for a quote on a new furnace and Mike came to my home and provided a quote as well as some recommendations. They were one of two companies I had provide a quote and by far they were the best when it came to knowledge and professionalism. Shortly after, Diane called me to let me know about a FORTIS BC rebate for old furnace replacement which would be available soon. I used that information and once I obtained the rebate code, I scheduled the installation with Joyce Heating.

On the day of installation, Mike and Dave came on-time (even a little early I think!) and they even went to the back of the house where I was ready to tell them to park anyway. They were quick to take apart my 1986 beast of a furnace which badly needed replacement and installed my new Lennox high-efficiency furnace. They ran the new air venting and drain lines needed and even replaced my hot water tank venting through my chimney. Dave even updated our existing programmable thermostat so it's now displaying Celsius for us and we did not need to change it out. Thanks Dave!

Joyce heating have installed my gas furnace two years ago, and I saved my gas fee and Joyce installed my water heater with their excellent, best service and reasonable price of products.

Good price on a Navien tankless water heater. Mike and Dave did a good clean job installing it.

They are a small family owned business.

While they were installing the water heater, the front door of my house randomly fell off the bottom hinge. They said they didn't bump or hit it with anything but a door doesn't just fall of the hinges by itself. Regardless of how it fell of its hinge, they fixed it.

Joyce Heating gave us free quotes before installation while others won't be bothered because it's a small job. The installers are very prompt and very professional in dealing with us. The installation was checked and approved immediately by the City of Vancouver inspector. I'm very satisfied.
