Great experience with the whole team at Joyce Heating Services!

I called them for a quote on a new furnace and Mike came to my home and provided a quote as well as some recommendations. They were one of two companies I had provide a quote and by far they were the best when it came to knowledge and professionalism. Shortly after, Diane called me to let me know about a FORTIS BC rebate for old furnace replacement which would be available soon. I used that information and once I obtained the rebate code, I scheduled the installation with Joyce Heating.

On the day of installation, Mike and Dave came on-time (even a little early I think!) and they even went to the back of the house where I was ready to tell them to park anyway. They were quick to take apart my 1986 beast of a furnace which badly needed replacement and installed my new Lennox high-efficiency furnace. They ran the new air venting and drain lines needed and even replaced my hot water tank venting through my chimney. Dave even updated our existing programmable thermostat so it's now displaying Celsius for us and we did not need to change it out. Thanks Dave!

We're new homeowners and this has been one of the first large ticket items we've had to purchase. The process was smooth and painless and I'm VERY impressed with the team at Joyce! Well done and Thank you!
