Had used Joyce Heating before, and very happy with them . This time our furnace had a problem and called them in the morning. Dave came within an hour, and quickly found out the problem: a broken fan belt. He replaced the belt most efficiently; and because the thermo-couple that they replaced 5 years ago was near its service-life, he replaced that too for us. He checked everything thoroughly to make sure things were working probably. After the job, he gave me the bill, a very reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised at the reasonable amount. In addition, without us asking, Dave also gave us a $20 discount, as promised in the sticker from a previous service.
I should add that this was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dave practised social distancing when he came in, wearing a surgical mask. We really appreciated his sense of social responsibility.
Will definitely contact them again for future services.
