Irpinia Kitchens

Expensive for the quality of end product received. We paid nearly $29,000 in upgrades directly to Irpinia on top of what the builder already charged us. This was about 2 and a half years ago. They started their install about a year and a half ago, and even today we are still waiting for dishwasher panels. In addition, the installation was extremely amateurish. Our supposedly modern kitchen (flat panels, simple design) has not a straight angle or even gap between door panels. Furthermore, a lot of damage was caused by subsequent service staff trying to adjust it. Unfortunately, the panels were badly measured and cut, so even after adjusting as much as the space allows, there is little improvement.
Customer service is extremely slow to get back, and as mentioned, we are still waiting on 2 panels, nearly 2 and a half year after having paid.
When finally managing to speak to the company owner to express our extreme frustration and disappointment, he hangs up on us. Having dealt with many kitchen companies worldwide, I know I will never use this one again, and advise everyone against using Irpinia, based on our horrendous experience.

Excellent service startup with designer. They completely redesigned our kitchen, asking questions as how often do we use kitchen, left/right handed offers all kinds of options ie: materials, colours, textures.
