Kitchen and Ensuites throughout home
We purchased a new home in which Irpinia was the company used by our builder. Although the price to upgrade our Kitchen cabinets was far beyond what we would pay to replace our kitchen after closing, we decided to upgrade through our builder trusting the company's fine reputation. Sadly, we paid over $80k only to be left with a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Some of our issues are cabinet panels not matching, cabinet finish marks, scratches, dents, and chips easily. Some panels are warping and inconsistent staining noted. Designer glass inserts scratched and pitted. The owner came out to view our concerns and assured us he would resolve the issues. Over a year later and only some minor issues have been addressed. Terrible customer service. Company has changed ownership and is clearly not being operated with the same high standards. We are presently dealing with Tarion to address all outstanding issues.

We always review and address all customer concerns with the utmost importance and treat every issue with the highest standards in customer service. Our company made many visits to this site after completing the kitchen installation and receiving a signed completion certificate from the customer. We completed every warrantable service swiftly, however were asked by the customer repeatedly to return to site to rectify non-warrantable issues. Out of goodwill we attempted to rectify several of these issues that were perfectly within highly acceptable standards, however after almost a year of servicing this customer's requests, we could not continue to repair non-warrantable services out of good will. We are genuinely disconcerted that this customer did not have a better experience with us, however we always try to put our customers first and stand behind our actions and our company values.
