I used ICE twice once for an ant problem and once for a wasp problem. Both times they were professional and dealt with my issue in a timely manner. The wasp issue was quite intensive as there was a big nest in the attic. They followed up with me to ensure all was ok. The technicians were great. Very friendly and put me at ease especially where the wasps were concerned. Wasp are very difficult to get rid of and I must say I was relieved to see them gone. I will always use ICE. I'm in an old farmhouse so I know I probably will need them in the future for some critter or insect and I know they will be there for me. I have told many friends and family members about ICE and how great they were.

We recently had issues with raccoons in our house attic so we began for looking for a professional and affordable raccoon removal company. This is when we found ICE, and their service is best summarized as timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Kyle came out and provided a thorough inspection of of our home and went into the attic. He clearly explained his findings and provided us with a picture of the entry point that the raccoon made on the roof. Kyle put on a one way door so that the raccoons could leave and not get back in. He came back a few days later to remove the one way door system and repair the entry point. Thank you for the great service and we are VERY relieved the raccoons are gone!!!

Nathan came to my house on very short notice to remove a squirrel from my chimney. He ended up removing a family of squirrels from my fireplace and securing the chimney to discourage future homeless squirrel families. He did a great job! He was thorough, neat, quick, had a good sense of humor, knew exactly what he was doing and he was very professional. What I was most impressed by was how neat and clean he left everything. He was in the fireplace and on the roof but there wasn't any soot, dirt or debris anywhere on the floors or carpet. Over the years through home ownership and remodels, I have had plenty of service people come and go. I have gotten used to running for the vacuum and floor cleaner when they leave -- as they always seem to leave a different but equally big mess when they leave. I was pleasantly surprised when Nathan was so attentive and neat!

The guys from ICE Wildlife and Pest Control are WONDERFUL! One of the most professional and honest companies I have come across in a very long time. Thank you so much for coming out and taking so much time to investigate and giving advice on how to resolve the raccoon issue. They used a one way door to humanly remove the raccoon from our attic. ICE returned a short while after when everything was quiet to remove the one way door and seal up the area where the raccoon broke in to my house. Haven’t had any issues since. You guys are great and I will definitely be recommending your company for a long time to friends and family.

Recently we had black squirrels invaded our attic through the roof. The noise was horrible as they chewed and tore their way in. We saw your truck on a nearby street, asked for a card, and called your office. ICE responded to our request for help and soon our problem was resolved, quickly, efficiently and kindly. A delightful young man named Nathan took over and attended to the eviction of the squirrel with a one way door system and repaired all the other holes the squirrels made in our roof as well. We were most pleased with the results and have recommended ICE to our neighbors who asked about seeing your truck in our driveway.

Upon researching numerous companies prior to hiring ICE I was overwhelmed with the wealth of information from the office staff to the technicians that came to my home.
Not only did they eradicate the ant problem we had , they went one step further to ensure my home was protected against any further issues from insects to wildlife. The quality of work was superb

We had a raccoon break into our attic and created a large hole in the soffit.
The ICE team was fantastic They humanely removed the raccoon and fixed the entry hole perfectly. We could not even see where the original hole was when they finished.
Not only did they fix the original entry, they secured my home completely and made sure the entire roof area was secured.
I cannot thank them enough for they professionalism, punctuality and patience in explaining everything so completely.

Kevin was terrific..very professional.....worked wonders on treating my spider infestation...also treated the perimeter of the house to prevent further pests from entering...very happy...any other problems, I won't hesitate to call...

My house had rats come in from the back of our house in 2011, which was really stressful. I really liked the first person who came and fixed an opening at the outside of the house under our deck, etc., but it was very expensive. The initial service seem to work, but the rats came back two years later. The guarantee that they would return for free if rats came again was not honored. I produced rat droppings, and showed a drawing of what my wife had just seen in my kitchen (a rat, obviously) the worker said the droppings were old and they didn't believe her. They placed traps and charged us $435 to check them, then when they caught nothing in the next week, they said it was proof that no rats were there. Then after a few months, another rat was caught with their trap. So they were wrong. At that point, I realized that if I called them again, they were just going to charge me another $400 or so just for showing up. I do not recommend them at all, I did not appreciate being disbelieved and then charged more for a very expensive service that didn't work. Tonight, I got woken up by loud sounds in my kitchen and really loud squeaking. Looks like the rats are back. This is very stressful, we have a toddler in the house now. I recommend avoiding this company, and going to a company that believes its customers and delivers what it says it will.
