We recently purchased a condo that was badly neglected. A friend of ours had mentioned that Jay Charendoff of House Calls Renovation Advisors had helped him with a successful bathroom renovation project. Jay outlined the scope of work required, drafted conceptual drawings and assembled a team to fulfill the various tasks required to renovate the condo.
