Firstly, their service is mediocre at best. Working from home, I have viewed the employees that are applying the weed control and they pay no attention to where they are applying the product. Weeds gather around the edges of hardscaping but they ignore those spots altogether!
Secondly, I have an ongoing dispute with the company because they wont send me the invoice so I can pay their bill. I have an outstanding balance because they delivered my invoice to my rental property's address instead of by home billing address. I called their customer service NUMEROUS TIMES to request invoices but they will not send me copies of the original invoices, which I need for my tax purposes (i.e. rental property). I believe this is because they want me to pay their excessive late charges! MY ADVICE IS GO ELSEWHERE!!! STEER CLEAR OF HOMETURF!!!
