Took money, didn't deliver services
I am very upset with Hometurf. Paid for premium program, but only got one fertilizer application and nothing else. If they don't have enough manpower to service customers they should just just issue a refund and let us switch elsewhere. You cannot collect prepayments and then not deliver services! This is what our lawn looks like after being serviced with Hometurf "Premium" program.
