I am very unhappy with the "service" received from Hometurf Lawn Care Service. My lawn has never looked worse. My backyard has more brown spots, moss,and weeds than green grass. When I asked the technician about the brown spots when he was here back in June, he shrugged and moved on. When I called the office about the brown spots a couple weeks later, they said that I would be receiving another application in a couple weeks and would ask the technician to diagnose the problem. I have called twice since then. It is now the last week of September and they have still not been here. I have prepaid for 2 more applications, but I'm not sure if and when I will get them and I still don't know what is causing the brown spots and what can be done about them.

I am sorry to hear that your lawn has some patching, unfortunately minor patching is very common in Southern Ontario this season because of the extreme weather that we have received. If you have not received your next application with advice on what caused the problem and how to resolve it please let us know. With such a large customer base we do many field visits for customers that are having issues with the lawn, as a living thing there are many problems that occur naturally such as fungus, etc. that are easily rectified. I assure you that you will be receiving your last two treatments if you have not already received one already. Unfortunately, I can not help you more without knowing who you are.
