DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE SERVICE - BURNED LAWN - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The company burned the lawn with fertilizer. When I called to advise them of the issue, they said that they would send out a technician and repair the lawn. Repair was not completed and further service made the situation worse. No manager addressed the issue and no return call was received. The last Service was not completed, yet the receipt they left claimed that they did - my property was locked yet they still claim that the services were completed. Requested a refund for at least the last service and the burned grass via email with a note to cancel any future serivces. I finally received a phone call who claimed to be the manager who was incredibly rude and told me before the conversation began that there were no refunds. Talked over me and was not interested in any of my concerns. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE FOLLOW-UP - and does not stand behind their services.
