Basement Renovation review in

Company did not complete the basement reno outlined in the contract. Even work that was paid for in advance.
Workers would not show up for weeks at a time. Phone calls were not returned. Reno was supposed to take 6 weeks. They started in January and the reno was still nowhere near completion in July when we no longer heard from them.
