Company did not complete the basement reno outlined in the contract. Even work that was paid for in advance. Workers would not show up for weeks at a time. Phone calls were not returned. Reno was supposed to take 6 weeks. They started in January and the reno was still nowhere near completion in July when we no longer heard from them.
