Great salesmanship, poor installation and aftersales service
Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation however did not go as smoothly as we thought it would. The technician did not clean after himself and scratched a brand new door that we installed only a month ago. We would have appreciated a follow-up from someone, to explain us how the system installed works, or at the very least to gauge our satisfaction. The only thing we got is a call and a follow-up email from their administrative team asking us, again, what was our credit card number as the technician forgot to write it down when he came over. All in all, we're happy with the system, but we're a bit disappointed with the service.
