I am the complete opposite of a "handyman," as I have ZERO knowledge, skills, and experience when it comes to home improvements and trying to fix things.

I wanted to replace a couple new potlights in my home, and the staff employee whom I had approached was very helpful, as he basically guided me from "A to Z" and how to correctly complete the job.

Associateds were very helpful in pidcking paint finishes and even to change shades if we were unsatisfied. They helped to pick brushes and even helped pick the colour to refinsh an old dresser.. Many thanks

Never use Home Depot for a kitchen Installation. They subcontract, and then that company subcontracts. Different worker for cabinets, different person for counter, and no licensed plumbers. Nothing but problems from the subcontractor. They charge an arm and a leg for every little detail and you end up with plumbing that leaks and counter top that does not align. He's been back to fix and still have gaps in counter top. Completely dissatisfied with this installation and isn't it great there are no managers on duty at Home depot to assist me when water starts leaking from all my pipes? Left two message, 1 manager went home and almost 3 hours with no call back from the other manager. Contractors complain to you about Home Depot and Home Depot blames them. No one is on your side and you are the one left with poor customer service.

was looking to buy toilet, sink, faucets and cabinet for updating our bathroom. since i'm handy I'll do it myself, but just need help in choosing items to match and fit in the bathroom. it was very difficult to find anyone in the store who was willing to help, in fact there was hardly any staff around. i found what i needed, but after wasting lots of time looking around. they say they have staff but on this midweek evening after work there was no one around to help you ....

Like many of us, we are very busy with work and various projects. It's important to be able to go into a store and easily find what you are looking for. This store is very large and often we need the help of their staff to find something. On several occassions we've had difficulty finding staff. Maybe we're just there at the wrong time but for a store this size there should always be people to cover someone on breaks, etc. Customers shouldn't have to wait more than a few minutes for service.

HAVING TO CHANGE THE WATER CONEXIONS TO THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREAS, I GOT HELPFULL ADVISE FOR THE SELECTION OF FLEXIBLE HOSES AND FITTINGS.

IT WAS SPECIALLY HELPFULL RECOMENDING THE DRAIN HOSE FOR A DISHWASHER AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION

I just finished installing the Allure flooring and I couldn't have done it without the helpful employee's! Very Helpful, gave me the confidence I needed to do the job myself!

Hot water tank went on 'fritz'. We needed to find out what part needed replacing. As this was at cottage, we went to the nearest Home Depot because an electrical tester was available that had been used before that is the same brand. We were able to find the tester, repair the hot water tank and wash the dishes within 2 hours. Thanks Home Depot!

The Home Depot guys did a great job on my bathroom tub. They worked well and efficiently. I would hire them back to do the work if it were needed.

At the time without a car and the delivery service is expensive and not timely. Also had to return due to faulty stripping. Stood around the store for half an hour before being helped
