I purchased several items including a snowblower and garage door opener. They have great deals and the service is always good. I also recently went with my wife to buy a new vaccum cleaner. The gentleman that served us was very knowledgable convinced us not to buy the most expensive model but one that was more suitable to our needs. We were very happy with the experience.

Like many of us, we are very busy with work and various projects. It's important to be able to go into a store and easily find what you are looking for. This store is very large and often we need the help of their staff to find something. On several occassions we've had difficulty finding staff. Maybe we're just there at the wrong time but for a store this size there should always be people to cover someone on breaks, etc. Customers shouldn't have to wait more than a few minutes for service.
