These guys are the best--they were patient with my wife and I as we learned the nuts and bolts of hardwood install. They got us going in no time. We've always loved their workshops.

Dealing with the contractor was really a poor experience. They did not complete the job and made a mess of it. Then going through and contacting the store took over a year to get someone to come out. They tried to repair the job and never came back out or finished the job. They would not even contact them after that so we gave up! This was such a bad experience.

Unfortunately, the technician had no idea what he was doing, always seemed to be working mindlessly with no direction. A simple renovation took n weeks. Additionally, he couldn’t fulfill my requests of keeping some structures the same. I was forced to change company to keep the renovation going.

The design for the window was exceptional. The window covering for the sun room window was difficult and the space was limited, but it was done perfectly. When there is a problem, the installer was back and fixed it. Thanks for their help.

Pro Doors was sent on behalf of Home Depot to do garage door pre-measurements prior to placing order. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and taking those extra steps to complete the job done ensuring we as the customer were fully satisfied. Home Depot obviously take pride in maintaing their ongoing reputation.

Since my husband does the work himself we like to shop around for the best prices. We always seem to come back to Home Depot. They are consistently the lowest priced, always have stock and the staff is always helpful.

I find the products and pricing at Home Depot to be normal, the selection is excellent however the service is terrible. While not everyone there is new very few of the staff have any real knowledge about home renovations. They have the basic product knowledge but if you need help in regards to building practices, codes try somewhere else.

We were working on a cheap photography booth and managed to find everything we needed from Home Depot. The pricing was very decent, but more importantly they had everything we needed. They also have a self checkout system, which while a little bit hard to use, is a very interesting idea that I think more retailers should consider.

I LIKE TO SHOP FROM THEM DUE TO LONG HOURS & GOOD SERVICE, GOOD SELECTION, GOOD RETURN POLICY. i WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE 7 MANY STAFF ON HAND AS WELL.

I went t purchase the MDF for the project and the staff was very helpful to help me load these heavy stuff to my Jeep. The make sure these two boards are tied and secured on the rack before letting me on the road.
