From the time I placed the call to the time everything was complete was within 1 hour. Very prompt, professional service. The price was also a lot less than other companies that would charge a lot more for this simple task. (and would likely make you wait longer too)

Helped me clear my main sewage drain which had become clogged from tree roots. Plumber was on time, efficient, and used the latest tools and technologies (including a snake with root butting bit and camera) to get the job done. Very pleased.

Finally I called Mr. Rooter and got Dwayne the next day. Dwayne was professional and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Best of all, he came prepare with all the parts needed to fix our toilet. About 45minutes later our toilet was fixed. I was correct in that it was no simple job. In the end we paid more than expected but the job was also a lot tougher than expected. We got what we paid for.
