ideas on plants for landscaping
I shop at the Garden works on nelson st. in burnaby. The staff have always been so good in answering all my questions and offer great suggestions. They have helped me with types of plants to put in my yard, depending on size, and light or shade ect... fantastic. I will go to both locations again and I do reccomend them.
this is a good store especially when there is no other store around like this. The problem is that there is no staff around that can help you or to keep the store clean and organized.
found the table i wanted on display, but couldn't locate it, so i asked if it would be anywhere else, and the sales clerk was extremely helpful and made sure we knew where to find them. loved the service.
the unit was great, but the communication was not great. we were told that we could rent a truck any time, and they always had them available. not true. they also kept billing us even though we paid up front.
new bathroom cabinet installed
great service, great advice. only problem was that we had to do the sink installement, because they had no one to come and do it. In the end, they reccommended someone and he did a very good job.

Mike's staff was the best. very friendly and went out of their way to fix a few things prior to installing Mike and his staff just had a communication problem, but was sorted out within 15 minutes., and if I had any problems they were taken care of fast. i always got a return phone call fast.
Dealing with the contractor was really a poor experience. They did not complete the job and made a mess of it. Then going through and contacting the store took over a year to get someone to come out. They tried to repair the job and never came back out or finished the job. They would not even contact them after that so we gave up! This was such a bad experience.
