The majority of the painting staff was very knowledgable. We went to home depot several times when we repainted the upper floor of our house and they gave us great tips to improve our technique. It looks wonderful now!

I wanted to home depot to buy the ceiling fan and the topping counter to decorate my kitchen, the staff was very kind and very enthusiastic to explain all kind of fan and let me know how to install with DIY.

We hired home depot to do our carpet installation. They didn't do a good job and six months later several spots were raised and needs to be restretched- totally not recommend their service.

We built a new home and used Home Depot for a lot of the litle extras. We bought everything from pumps for our well to grout for our tiles. The employees were always very helpful. The store hours were great, I liked the fact that they open at 7AM.

We decided to get Home Depot (subcontractor) to build and install a new kitchen countertop. It took them TWO MONTHS!! First, they sent the wrong company to do the measurement. Then, it took them weeks to track down my order.

I went to the store several times and the store manager was not interested to listen to my story. Meanwhile, we do not have a kitchen sink or stove top during the whole ordeal while we are caring for a one year baby.

The countertop finally came after two months and they got the wrong edge. It would take another two to three weeks to get the proper one cut. I gave in and let them install the wrong countertop. It brought me to tears every time I thought about this horrendous experience.

Last summer I went to the Home Depot to look for a Weber Portable BBQ and purchase it because I believed it had good quality. This summer, I somehow ruined the vent that was used for the portable BBQ. I came back to get a new vent as a replacement but I was extremely disappointed to learn that the BBQ vent replacement was not available. I had to order a replacement online elsewhere.

I have shopped at home depot for years and found there service to be amazing I managed a townhouse complex so I did all my shopping as everything was so convenient and the staff was so helpful keep up the good work from a happy customer

Easily found what I was looking for. Difficulty was trying to choose from the wide variety of selection. Friendly customer service; although it was a bit difficult to find someone knowledgeable for assistance. Good price point. Great convenience.

I had been wanting window treatments for years, and once my ex, who would not spend a penny, left in disgust after a 20 year marriage, I ventured out to price and purchase coverings for "MY" bedroom, my children's and the livingroom. After 3 trips to Home Depot in Burnaby, we got my son's in Sears, but the rest at HD. We had to have them installed, as I am not at all knowledgeable about such matters. I was very nervous buying so much at once, but the 6 month no-interest payment made it possible. It gave me such joy and peace to have my blinds, my livingroom curtains and my daughter's bedroom curtains up and pleasantly decorative in our "new" home. Thanks, Home Depot.

Went to Home depot for Reno materials. The kitchen staff were helpful when they were there and not helping others. There is a lack of professional staff to help with detailed questions on plumbing and electrical.
