Paid for an estimate that never came
Had a rep by to provide a quote on several plumbing jobs. In addition to the jobs I wanted done they attempted to push larger work on me, and now, eight days later, have still not emailed the actual quote I paid for. Thankfully I found a far more honest plumber who handled all of the work (including one job that required only tightening one nut - a job that Hoerner insisted would cost hundreds of dollars and tried to have include the city shutting off the water main at an additional cost). Still haven't received that quote, for work which has now already been done.

We have a system in place to ensure that estimates are completed in a timely manner. However, if something is not working we would appreciate any feedback in order to correct it.
