Hickory Dickory Decks

We recently hired Hickory, Dickory Deck to build a raised maintenance free deck and could not be happier. The great service started with our sales person Geoff Aucoin who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful though the whole process. Geoff was one of the key reasons why we chose Hickory, Dickory Deck. The project was done on schedule and within the budget quoted. The workmanship is top notch and throughout the project, mess was kept to a minimum. Geoff was available throughout the project and ensured any issues or questions were dealt with immediately.

Hickory Dickory did an excellent job, from initial contact all the way through to completion. Their service was timely, courteous and considerate. Two years after the deck was installed, a minor concern came up about a defect in the product, unrelated to the quality of Hickory Dickory's work. They did an excellent job of supporting us with our warranty claim with the product manufacturer and ensured that the repair was completed at no cost to us.

The level of craftmanship and product were only surpassed by Geoff Aucoin and his teams professionalism and their ability to include us in all aspects of planning our deck. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. Thanks again to Geoff and Hickory Dickory Decks.

Geoff and Ibrahim were very easy and pleasant to work with. Their crew got the work done very fast and with high quality. They offered suggestions when we were not sure what would be best in certain situations and they always made sure we were happy with what they had done.

I'm assuming that our project was probably one of their smaller ones but they treated it like any other big scale project. Very rare and very professional.

We highly recommend Hickory Dickory Decks Scarborough. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. Geoff Aucoin, the main owner/sales person is very knowledgeable about decks and has high business ethics. We decided to go with a low maintenance Solstice PVC deck with aluminum railing and no visible wood. Ibrahim and his crew did an excellent job of constructing our new deck, were always very friendly and accommodating, and tidied up properly after the work. Our new deck looks great plus we feel we got excellent value for our money.

We can highly recommend Ibrahim and his HDD crew. The company created our front deck 9 years ago and visitors are always admiring it. Last fall we finally decided to replace our back cedar deck and the project was undertaken late in the year. The crew did a great job. Now with the weather warming up and when the sun shines, we have been thrilled to sit out on this beautiful, strong new deck. The craftsmanship of it is terrific. Neighbours have come by to inspect and admire. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment and entertainment on this deck.

I love my new deck! They are very professional and friendly.
They were very helpful in the design process and were very flexible to my minor changes in the plans even after the deck was started. eg add some stairs, or railings and they even build benches and planters.
