Firstly, he came highly recommended when I required a home inspector for litigation support due to serious mistakes and misleading information made by a different home inspector, agent and seller when I purchased my home. Terry’s inspection uncovered serious problems that others were misleading and/or not thorough enough to discover. Terry’s expertise was valuable in the litigation process. After doing some research on home inspectors, we found Terry's company, quickly called him and was able to accommodate us on a short notice. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and answered our questions at the time. He identified issues that requires immediate action as well as future fixes and included cost estimates. He was able to inspect areas where the sellers own inspector were not able (or did not bother) to inspect. When we needed some advice on certain fixes or required more clarifications on the house months after the purchase, he was still very helpful.
