We recently purchased a hot tub from Gib-San Pool & Hot Tube Centre in Etobicoke and are absolutely THRILLED with the entire experience! Jeff, the Sales Manager, was phenomenal to work with - starting with the inquiry stage (when we walked in) through the entire purchase, install and more! Jeff was available to my husband and I at any time - even on a day off if needed - and followed up frequently throughout the entire process! The installation team led by Brian, Joe and Alex, were also fantastic! They had to do some maneuvering to get the hot tub into our postage stamp sized backyard (moving the top up an incline to our backyard, removing fencing and then returning it) and did so with professionalism and humour! Without hesitation, we highly recommend the ENTIRE team at Gib-San and will be sure to INSIST that any friends and family in the market for a hot tub work with Gib-San exclusively! During the hottest weekend of the year thus far we discovered our Air Conditioner wasn't working! Of Course! We are fortunate to have insurance with Reliance Home Comfort and after a call to them a very personable and knowledgeable Technician - Mike Zevallos - was able to come very quickly. Not only did Mike discover the problem and repair it quickly, he ensured that everything was safe for my son, husband and I and made recommendations on how to keep our home even safer (Carbon Monoxide detectors on every floor, not just in the basement as we had it and more). Further, Mike walked me through what he was doing and why every step of the way. He graciously shared his knowledge and educated me about both units and I am so very, very appreciative.
