This is the worst company ever. I could have done a better job installing this stair runner with a blind fold. First the sales person Jeff - was awful. We tried many times to talk to mark the owner with no luck. Many times Jeff was supposed to call us back with updates but we had to call everyday to confirm what is going on. When we called about our install being completely messed up he didn't do anything just brushed us off. We are listing our house and the agent had to call as giant carpet - did not want to help fix their messed up install. Two weeks later they realize that the install was awful after us suggesting pictures and had someone come fix it after numerous attempts of them coming to fix and numerous times taking off work to get this stupid carpet installed correctly. I would never recommend them. Their customer service is awful and they do not care at all about their customers once they have received payment. I would suggest paying 1000% more to use another company that would have done it right the first time!

Staff are rude. they provide inaccurate measurement on quote. they don't return the deposit as the promised when I am not satisified no honest. Please stay away from Giant Carpet

I bought $1,000 of laminate flooring cash. I did not take possession of the flooring because I planned on picking it up in a couple of days to save the delivery charge. The salesman took my cash, put it in his wallet and made change out of his wallet. I thought that was strange, but I had a bill of purchase and didn't give it any more thought. The following day, I tried to cancel my order and the salesman said they don't give refunds on cash purchases, only on credit card purchases. A month has gone by and I am still out $1,000 and have no laminate flooring. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased carpet for my upstairs and stairs. When I was sold this product I was told it was "pet friendly" and "stain resistant." Since purchasing this product I have noticed that all marks on the carpet stain and cannot be removed regardless of what spills. Stains cannot be removed with stain remover and cleaned up immediately. The carpet also pulls with my dogs claws. I paid for new plastic pieces to be installed at the bathrooms and they weren't at the time of installation. It took multiple calls/weeks and multiple no show on installers behalf with no calls to advise they wouldn't be attending to get these installed. I have a seam in my bedroom that is separating and fraying - after multiple calls daily for 2 weeks to the business not returned by the owner I was finally able to get the owner to attend and tried to fix the problem. He advised that if the problem continued they would have no problem coming to replace the carpet. After attending the store the owner then advised it must be my vacuum causing this issue even though it is not happening in any other rooms. He said he would set something up next week. It has been a couple of weeks now with no further contact from the business and the owner has not returned any of my messages and my issue has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with the service I have received.

I highly recommend to stay well clear of this company. I really regret not reading the reviews prior to purchasing a carpet installation. I can confirm that previous reviews are accurate through my own miserable experience when dealing with them, poor service, questionable business ethics. Very bad, bad company.

We had Giant Carpet come in and do a 540 sq ft floor in our basement. The installer was late and did a terrible job on the cuts around the walls and all of the seams are quite obvious.

The salesman was polite and helpful but the install wasn't too great.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The service is horrible. No return calls, they just tell you what you want to hear. Over promise, under deliver. No one takes ownership, they just want your money and its up to you to get your goods.

What a waste, the hardwood did not match the sample and the ceramics have cracked in numerous places in the Kitchen. Ceramic installers did a very poor, quickly installed job and did not plan for the transition style requested. Hardwood was installed well yet the product was wrong. The Office said the colour would fade in a coupleof years and then match the bannister. 4 yrs later and it did not happen.

Save your money and do not even walk into this store.

Bottom line - Horrible customer service!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone. List of screwups. We hired them to install kitchen backsplash, kitchen tile & carpet.
1.) Did not show up for the installation on the date reserved months in advance. I took the day off work for this. They said it would take 2 days (Friday & Saturday) Job has taken 3 days & is still not complete.
2.)'Forgot' that we had ordered carpet as well (they didn't forget to charge our visa). We are still waiting for the carpet to be installed.
3.) When I called to talk to the store manager regarding the lack of service I was receiving - he had "gone out of coffee" and didn't return my call for 4 hours only to say that I was OVEREACTING. Not once did he apologize for anything.
4.) Could not get a straight answer out of anyone as to when the job would be complete.
5.) They had the audacity, when I was complaining to them, to ask if I wanted to check out more tile options for other parts of my house! GET REAL.
These people are ridiculous to deal with. I am telling eveyone I know not to deal with them.
