Not very often to do you find a company that truly makes you smile. This company is simply wonderful to deal with. They do a fantastic job and are so incredibly pleasant. I tell eveyone I know to call Fred - the best carpet cleaner in the GTA.
Tile flooring, backsplash & carpeting
Bottom line - Horrible customer service!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone. List of screwups. We hired them to install kitchen backsplash, kitchen tile & carpet. 1.) Did not show up for the installation on the date reserved months in advance. I took the day off work for this. They said it would take 2 days (Friday & Saturday) Job has taken 3 days & is still not complete. 2.)'Forgot' that we had ordered carpet as well (they didn't forget to charge our visa). We are still waiting for the carpet to be installed. 3.) When I called to talk to the store manager regarding the lack of service I was receiving - he had "gone out of coffee" and didn't return my call for 4 hours only to say that I was OVEREACTING. Not once did he apologize for anything. 4.) Could not get a straight answer out of anyone as to when the job would be complete. 5.) They had the audacity, when I was complaining to them, to ask if I wanted to check out more tile options for other parts of my house! GET REAL. These people are ridiculous to deal with. I am telling eveyone I know not to deal with them.
