I have been very impressed by the professionalism of this company. I dealt with Chris (one of their sale representatives) and he has been very courteous, polite and helpful. The men who installed the window were just amazing! They knew what they were doing and they did a clean job. Once again, so professional. George Kent Home Improvements Ltd is definitely a winning choice.

I had two windows replaced due to condensation. I invited four window companies and Paul from George Kent appeared the most trustworthy. In hindsight, I am elated for making the choice I made. Our windows look fantastic.

This is a letter I sent to the management of George Kent. They are an outstanding company:

I want to take this opportunity to tell you about the outstanding
customer service that I received recently from a number of your
employees.

I live in Mississauga and had used your company in the past to do work
at my home. Since that was a very good experience, I decided to call
your company again to put in a very difficult door at my son's new
residence in the Riverdale area of Toronto. This was a non standard
door area that I knew would be a big challenge to fit a proper door
into. This is where the amazing service starts. Glen arrived at my
son's house exactly as scheduled. His knowledge and his willingness to
find a solution to this problem eliminated all my concerns that a door
could be made that would not only look great but provide all the
benefits of a standard door. We spoke a few times until all my
questions were answered and the door could be ordered. I question
whether any other person or company would have done all this work to
satisfy a customer. Many kudos to Glen. He was great!

The next person I spoke to was Maria. What a charming, cooperative,
honest and customer caring person. From the first time I spoke to her
I knew that we were in good hands. She kept me informed of the status
of my order and answered any and all the questions I asked. Again, in
this day and age many companies have lost the art of caring for their
customers. Your company understands totally. What a great person to
deal with.

Last but certainly not least was your installer Jesus. It's hard for
me to find the proper words to describe his abilities, his knowledge,
his caring attitude and his willingness to do a proper and amazing
installation. From the day he arrived to do measurements to the day he
finished the installation, he was a total professional and like the
rest of your staff, answered all of our questions and concerns. At no
time were we concerned that this would not be done correctly.

I apologize for this lengthy email but I felt it was only proper to
let you know that your company and employees are first class all the
way. I hope you will share my letter and thoughts with them. I will
also continue to recommend George Kent to my friends and family.

From the estimate to the finished installation, George Kent and their outstanding staff made my window replacement a snap. I dealt with Maria in the office and Jesus did the installation and I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and hard work. When Jesus did the installation he explained all of the steps to his work precisely and even explained why he had to put in some extra work to correct the errors of the previous installation with an old company (fortunately no longer in business!) Both Jesus and his assistant showed some outstanding resolve as they had to slog through some bitter cold and deep snow to get the job done but these two guys had my windows installed in a couple of hours and didn't leave a speck of dust. Beautiful work! I was so impressed, I even sent a note to their boss Paul Travis to let him know that the next time I need work done, their company is going to be the only one I call. Top notch work everyone!

As a general contractor, I have hired George Kent Home Improvements several times over the past few years. Their commitment to quality and service is second to none. Most of our customers have very high standards and a company such as theirs relieves a lot of stress or concern for everyone involved. Pricing is fair, installers are courteous and professional, job sites are organized and left clean and tidy before they leave. The George Kent Home Improvement crews are always punctual and reliable. In the world of construction This type of professionalism is not always the easiest to come by. Worst experience! New sliding door replacement. Took forever to book an appointment, which should have been a sign but they had my deposit! Door still does not line up, walls damaged that I now have to repair and seek reparation from them for...worst of all, baseboards used on the exterior portion of the door, yes the ones one would use on the interior of their home! Finally after much correspondence this was at least repaired. AVOID the hassle is my recommendation!

I as very impressed with the installation work for the windows, patio doors, siding and window capping. Glen (estimator), Jesus (install lead person) and Maria (scheduling) were fantastic. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

We had George Kent do our windows in Sept. /14 and we are very pleased with the job they did. We were anxious to have the job done as this is our first winter in the house.We notice the difference already.They truly are beautifull windows and it seems quieter in the house.They did everything they said they were going to do & when they were going to do it.

I recently had a couple windows installed in my home. It was a small job and most window companies were not interested. The sales representative Jim came by and gave us a quote. The price was very reasonable and we went ahead with the order. Once the windows were ready they were installed by a great team. It was fast, efficient and they did not leave a big mess. I am very pleased with the service I received. From the Sales Rep to the Installers it all went very smoothly. I would recommend George Kent to any of my friends or neighbors without hesitation.
