Removal of French doors and installed new patio door
I had ordered my new patio door to take advantage of a pricing special, which I had to wait over 2 months for (probably perhaps many took advantage of the offer).
I had the door scheduled to be installed a few times, but the install date had to be moved many times due to weather and also issue with the installer's scheduling. In the end, the installer did a wonderful job and installed the door professionally and looked very good. He was detailed and informed me of what he was going to do throughout the installation and made sure I was comfortable with it.
My install had a complication due to the existing door frame, and he compromised and took care of the issue very well. He (Danny) even went to a local hardware store to make sure that the job could be done the same day.
Overall, the installer was great!! The door looks nice and I'm happy with the installation experience. The only drawback as mentioned is the waiting time and I think they could have communicated to me better by providing me updates as opposed to wondering where my order was. For that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of the max.

Thanks for the comments and yes we experienced a huge response to our patio door ad which caused some delays but in keeping with our policy we did not hire inexperienced installers as some companies do but worked with our existing people.
