Laughable service. Just ridiculous.

$13+TX every month, and you get a $200 deductible and service fee. From all practical point of view, you'd just better buy a new phone, it'd be less expensive and less annoying. Get a hold of these guys to get a claim served is really a problem, as factually they don't want to serve you.
