Excellent work - customer service
Harold came, took measurements, gave us quote and left saying you contact me when you decide. NOOOOO pressure at all. We had family illness, so we could only contact 1 month later, and when we did, we went back and forth on details, which Harold had no problem addressing and correcting as we wished. WE also needed to obtain and Beatrice provided WSIB proof of insurance and their own insurance liability information as we needed since we live in a Condo Corp, and they provided without hesitation and no problem. Nice to deal with honest and correct people. THEN, yesterday morning, Alex and Roy (family business) came on time, covered our floors and stairs, as much as possible, worked diligently, fixed the frame and installed the window. They really did a great job at fixing the wood frame that was really bad, and Alex was really patient showing us how the window looked inside before and also explaining how the window works, etc. Window now looks so much better. Pictures included are the BEFORE and AFTER Alex finished the job. Thank you
