Forgali - Concord

I have purchased a very expensive children bed from this store and it has been a nightmare. We have waited for over a month for the bed to arrive, once it finally did it had 3 broken major parts and could not be used. We have purchased this bed for our older child so that our new arrival could use the crib. The new parts took 2 month to arrive and once arrived were damaged again. The store blamed the manufacturer and could not care that our child had no bed to sleep. If i would have known that this would be my experience I would have saved all the money and purchased an Ikea bed instead. I was expecting high quality and service and got the most terrible experience. Stay away from this store, once they get your money, they do not care about anything else.

I don't usually write reviews and don't really read other people's reviews because everyone's experience is different. But I HAD to post this review about Forgali furniture here, because I have never had a better service and knowledgeable approach to customers as I had when I walked into a Forgali store. I have been looking around for a dining room set for a while and have been to all the major chain stores as well as independently owned European ones. I stumbled upon Forgali by accident and am I glad that I did! Not only was I helped in choosing the best style and materials for my needs, but also was treated very warmly and I could see that the company have been in this business for a long long time. My dining room is spectacular and all my dinner guests are commenting on how beautifully it fits into my space. I am sure I will be seeing Forgali furniture in their homes as well. Too bad the rating only gives you 10, I would give it a 100 at least!!! If you are in the market for furniture, go check out this unique and dependable company!

I have purchased furniture from Forgali on two different occasions. The first experience was OK - nothing to write home about. It was on the second occasion, just about a year ago around Christmas, that their services really disturbed me. Firstly, please be careful when you sign on their forms, they don't tell you that all purchases are final. Even in good faith, they will give you enormous trouble if you want to refund. None of the furniture in the showroom has any prices - you need to negotiate. The sales lady there will first try to sell you a good looking piece purportedly made by "Menonites", but won't have any papers to show. Prices can easily fluctuate by 100% or more. I would never buy from this store. Just look up their profile in Better Business Bureau and you know what I am talking about.

He helped me choose the best product for my needs. The whole process was smooth and very pleasant. The delivery was exactly on time and the product was excellent! Thank you very much Forgali! After visiting numerous furniture stores across the GTA we were impressed with their quality, craftmanship and both contemporary and classic designs. Maria was very helpful in the showroom, and they also custom-make products not found on display. We highly recommend a visit if in the furniture mood.

We purchased a dining room set and a set of bar stools for our dining room/kitchen. I like wrought iron and he carries a good selection of bar stools with the wrought iron. Our dining room furniture is not wrought iron but it was different and something I haven't seen anywhere else. The salesperson was friendly and accommodating. I have already recommended someone to him and they have purchased as well.
