I have purchased a very expensive children bed from this store and it has been a nightmare. We have waited for over a month for the bed to arrive, once it finally did it had 3 broken major parts and could not be used. We have purchased this bed for our older child so that our new arrival could use the crib. The new parts took 2 month to arrive and once arrived were damaged again. The store blamed the manufacturer and could not care that our child had no bed to sleep. If i would have known that this would be my experience I would have saved all the money and purchased an Ikea bed instead. I was expecting high quality and service and got the most terrible experience. Stay away from this store, once they get your money, they do not care about anything else.
